Nargis Mohammed Fakhri is an American actress and model, who mainly appears in Hindi films. Nargis Fakhri began her career as a model and appeared as a contestant in the TV show America’s Next Top Model. Her first role in film came with the 2011 blockbuster romantic drama Rockstar, for which she received a Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut nomination. She subsequently received praise for portraying a war correspondent in the political thriller Madras Cafe (2013), and achieved further success with starring roles in the highly successful comedies Main Tera Hero (2014), Spy (2015) and Housefull 3 (2016), the second of which was a Hollywood production.
